A vacuum conveyor is a device that enables the closed conveying of materials (mostly powders, granules, and small lumps) using negative-pressure airflow. Its core operation relies on a cyclic process of “negative-pressure suction → material conveying → positive-pressure discharge,” which allows for dust-free and low-loss transfer of materials from the starting point to the destination. It is widely used in industries with high hygiene and environmental requirements, such as pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical engineering, and new energy. The entire process achieves an automated cycle of “conveying → separation → discharge → cleaning.”
