The JCSF high-efficiency turbine ultra-fine air classifier is an ultra-fine air classifier suitable for classifying ultra-fine powder materials with low to medium hardness based on the digestion and absorption of foreign advanced powder technology. Its performance indicators have reached international standards for similar models. This type is equipped with secondary air inlet and high-precision turbine, which can obtain fine materials as fine as 8 microns. The rotor made of special materials can classify high-hardness materials. It is widely used in ultra-fine powder processing in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, non-metallic minerals and other industries for granulation, iron removal, and selection.

How it works

An air classifier is an industrial machine which separates materials by a combination of size, shape, and density.

It works by injecting the material stream to be sorted into a chamber which contains a column of rising air. Inside the separation chamber, air drag on the objects supplies an upward force which counteracts the force of gravity and lifts the material to be sorted up into the air. Due to the dependence of air drag on object size and shape, the objects in the moving air column are sorted vertically and can be separated in this manner.

Turbine Classification Technology, High Precision & Wide Range

As a dry material air classifier, it adopts the turbine classification principle, equipped with a secondary air intake system and a stepless variable-speed classifying turbine—with the turbine fitted with an air seal device. It boasts excellent classification precision and a wide application range, allowing arbitrary adjustment of finished product particle size between 3~150μm. Under normal working conditions, it can produce ultra-fine powder with over 97% content of particles smaller than 5μm.

Wear-Resistant Blade Design, Stable, Durable & Anti-Deposition

The blades of the classifying impeller are made of special high-strength wear-resistant materials, significantly enhancing structural stability and service life during high-speed operation. For processing viscous and cohesive materials, it can greatly reduce the deposition of micro-powder in the discharge pipe, ensuring continuous and stable operation of the equipment.

Vertical Classifying Wheel Model, Extra-Large Processing Capacity

The JCSF-V model adopts a vertical classifying wheel structure, featuring an innovative 360° all-directional discharge design. The smooth and efficient material discharge path significantly increases the hourly processing capacity, making it suitable for large-batch material classification needs.

Horizontal Classifying Wheel Model, Ultra-High Classification Precision

The JCSF-H model is equipped with a horizontal classifying wheel, which can achieve higher rotational speed compared to the vertical structure. The increased speed directly improves the particle screening accuracy during classification, producing finished products with more uniform particle size and higher precision, ideal for high-standard precision classification scenarios.
