It is primarily used in the production of high-quality pharmaceuticals—such as antibiotics—and fine chemicals, as the mill can effectively meet the stringent requirements for product purity and fineness.

How it works

The negative pressure generated by compressed air draws the material in the hopper into the flat grinding chamber; high-velocity airflow (which can reach sonic or even supersonic speed) collides and presses against each other. Materials that reach the specified particle size move toward the center of the grinding chamber as their centripetal force weakens, and are then discharged with the airflow before entering the cyclone separator and dust collector.

The main body is machined from a single steel plate using CNC technology, with a weld-free structure ensuring equipment stability and durability. Optional online cleaning (CIP) and online sterilization (SIP) functions are available to meet higher-standard production requirements.
