Adopts conical rotor and stator structure; the crushing gap (0.2~2mm) can be easily adjusted via a handwheel. It precisely controls product fineness according to production needs, adapting to 40~200 mesh fine rubber powder processing with flexible and efficient operation.

Dual Cooling System, Ensuring Stable Operation

Innovatively adopts water + air cooling combined structure, which can timely dissipate heat generated during operation, effectively controlling equipment temperature rise, avoiding material deterioration due to high temperature, and greatly improving the stability and reliability of continuous equipment operation.

Wear-Resistant Component Upgrade, Extending Service Life

Wear parts are made of high-hardness and wear-resistant cemented carbide, with a service life exceeding 6000 hours verified by industrial use. It reduces component replacement frequency and maintenance costs, lowers production interruption risks, and ensures the continuity of mass production.

Complete Production Line Adaptation, Realizing Resource Recycling
