• The two rollers of this type adopt gear transmission, which is mainly used for coarse crushing of brittle and loose materials, with less less fine powder after crushing;
• Due to the low-speed rotation, it is not easy to heat up during crushing, and the temperature rise of the whole machine during continuous operation is extremely small. There are two types: tooth pin type (-P) and blade type (-K).
The double-roll coarse crusher adopts a gear transmission structure to drive the two rollers. Specially designed for the coarse crushing of brittle and loose materials, it produces less fine powder during crushing, effectively ensuring the uniformity of finished product particle size.
Equipped with a low-speed rotation working mode, the equipment is not prone to heat generation during crushing. The temperature rise of the whole machine is extremely small during continuous operation, avoiding material deterioration due to high temperature, while extending the service life of the equipment with outstanding operational stability.
Two structural types are available for selection: tooth nail type (-P) and blade type (-K). It can be flexibly selected according to material characteristics and processing requirements, adapting to diversified coarse crushing scenarios with strong compatibility.
