It is currently the ideal equipment for processing plastic powder at room temperature.

Wide Application Range, Adapting to Multiple Thermoplastics

Specially designed for room-temperature crushing of thermoplastics such as rotational molding PE, spray molding LDPE, lined PE, cross-linked cable materials, PET, PVC, SBS, PC, PS, etc., adapting to diverse plastic processing and recycling scenarios.

Vibrating Feeder Design, Ensuring Uniform and Stable Feeding

Equipped with a vibrating feeder to realize continuous and uniform feeding, avoiding material accumulation or interruption. It improves the uniformity of crushing fineness and ensures long-term operational stability of the equipment, reducing the impact of working condition fluctuations.

Convenient Gap Adjustment, Simple Operation

The gap between the moving disc and fixed disc can be flexibly adjusted with a simple operation process. It can be used without complex technical training, enabling quick adaptation to different materials and fineness requirements, lowering the operation threshold.

Alloy Steel Grinding Disc, Balancing Durability and Economy

The grinding disc is made of high-strength alloy steel with high hardness and wear resistance. After wear, it can be re-ground and reused multiple times, extending the service life of components, reducing the cost of consumable replacement, and improving equipment cost-effectiveness.

Multiple Cooling Methods Optional, Adapting to Different Material Characteristics

According to the heat resistance of materials, cooling methods such as air cooling, water cooling, and cooling fans can be flexibly selected to effectively control the temperature rise during crushing, avoid plastic melting and adhesion, and ensure crushing effect and product quality.

Diverse Grinding Disc Structures, Precisely Matching Fineness Requirements

Multiple structure options are available, including single/double grinding discs and single/double-sided toothed discs. It can be precisely adapted according to material characteristics and target fineness, meeting both conventional crushing and fine processing needs with outstanding adaptability.
