Custom-developed for the e-waste recycling industry, it is mainly suitable for the resource recycling of waste PCB boards. From equipment selection to process design, it is developed around the material characteristics of PCB boards (resin and metal composite structure), realizing efficient disassembly of waste boards and resource separation, and promoting the green recycling of e-waste.

Multi-Equipment Linkage, Building a Complete Recycling Process

Composed of double-roll crusher, hammer-type medium crusher, hammer-type fine crusher, gravity separator, high-voltage electrostatic separator and supporting equipment, the complete system forms a full-chain processing flow of "coarse crushing - medium crushing - fine crushing - gravity separation - electrostatic separation". No additional connecting equipment is required, ensuring a coherent and efficient recycling process.

Flexible Capacity Adaptation, Covering Different Recycling Scales

With a processing capacity ranging from 150 to 1000 kg/h, the production rhythm can be flexibly adjusted according to the recycling volume. Physical Separation Method, Realizing Efficient Resource Purification

Physical crushing and separation technology is adopted throughout the process without adding chemical reagents, avoiding secondary pollution. Through the dual effect of gravity separation and high-voltage electrostatic separation, resin and metal in waste PCB boards are accurately separated, improving resource recovery rate and purity, which meets the requirements of environmental protection and circular economy.
