A high-speed rotor grinding mill is used as the main machine for dispersing, and an external ultra-fine classifier separates the non-dispersed particles and returns them to the grinding mill for continued crushing. It can fully disperse nano-calcium, light calcium and water-ground heavy calcium, with a processing capacity of 500-4000Kg/h and a reduction rate of more than 90%.
The production line adopts a high-speed rotor crusher as the core dispersing host. With its powerful shearing and impact kinetic energy, it achieves full dispersing treatment of nano-calcium, light calcium carbonate (LCC), and water-ground heavy calcium carbonate (GCC), effectively breaking powder agglomeration and laying a solid foundation for restoring the original particle size of materials.
Equipped with an external ultra-fine classifier, it accurately separates incompletely dispersed agglomerated particles and returns them to the crusher for reprocessing, forming a closed-loop process of "dispersing - classification - material return". It ensures uniform material dispersing with a reduction rate of over 90%.
Suitable for various powder materials such as nano-calcium, LCC, and water-ground GCC, it can switch processing types without complex modifications. The processing capacity ranges from 500 to 4000 Kg/h, which can flexibly meet the needs of small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production with outstanding practicality.
The overall process design is simple and efficient, with core equipment operating stably and reliably, reducing the risk of production interruption. The dispersed powder has uniform particles and good fluidity, which can significantly improve the processing performance and finished product quality of downstream products, adapting to applications in plastics, coatings, rubber and other industries.
