Horizontal fusion machine
The inner cavity of the machine is cylindrical and placed horizontally, with the upper part as the feed port and the lower part as the discharge port. The material to be processed enters the cavity from the upper feed port and is quickly broken up by the high-speed rotating dispersing blades and evenly dispersed inside the cavity. Since the angles of the dispersing blades are arranged alternately, the material is subjected to repeated alternating stress inside. Under the action of strong extrusion force and alternating impact force, the material is fully dispersed and sphericalized. When used for surface modification, the material generates heat quickly inside the cavity due to strong friction, so the surface modification effect can be completed relatively well.
Vertical fusion machine
The inner cavity of the machine is cylindrical and placed vertically, with a rotating drum and an arc-shaped press knife built in. The upper part is the inlet, and the lower part is the outlet. The material to be processed enters the cavity from the upper inlet, and is thrown toward the inner wall of the drum under the action of the rotating drum. Under the strong centrifugal force, the material is strongly squeezed between the inner wall of the drum and the arc-shaped press knife, and the surface temperature of the particles rises rapidly and generates a certain mechanical force, forming a good surface modification effect.
