The high shear dispersing homogenizer can efficiently, uniformly and rapidly disperse one or more phases into another continuous phase, enabling homogeneous phase integration even when the original phases are immiscible with each other.
Relying on the high linear velocity generated by the high-speed rotation of the rotor and the strong kinetic energy brought by high-frequency mechanical effects, the equipment subjects materials to comprehensive actions such as intense mechanical and hydraulic shearing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and impact tearing in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, thus completing the dispersion and emulsification process.
Under the coordination of corresponding process parameter control and an appropriate amount of additives, it can achieve instantaneous fine dispersion and emulsification of immiscible solid, liquid and gas phases, and obtain stable and qualified products after cyclic processing.
