The working chamber of Inline Homogenizer can be optionally equipped with 1, 2 or 3 sets of rotor-stator assemblies, and the assemblies are available in 2-layer, 4-layer or 6-layer structural specifications to meet the rotor-stator structure requirements of different processes.
The equipment adopts a modular design, featuring easy assembly and disassembly as well as low cost for parts replacement, which can effectively reduce equipment downtime for maintenance and ensure production continuity.
The applicable temperature range of the equipment is -20℃ to 40℃; customization is required if exceeding this range. A jacket can be added outside the working chamber for material cooling or heating.
The Inline Homogenizer can meet the dispersion and grinding process requirements of industries such as coatings, paints, inks and suspension concentrates (SC), and is suitable for material processing scenarios in multiple fields.
