How it works

IDS is a high-efficiency inline dispersion system with the disperser directly mounted on the pipeline. When liquid flows through the disperser at high speed, a strong negative pressure is generated inside the equipment, which can suck the powder into the chamber without loss and prevent dust emission throughout the process. Inside the disperser, the specific surface area of the powder and liquid is greatly increased to achieve instantaneous wetting and dispersion. The fully dispersed and mixed slurry is then pumped out of the disperser and sent to the next process.

This system enables instant wetting of powder, greatly boosting dispersion efficiency while achieving over 50% energy savings. Moreover, it delivers excellent dispersion results: the processed material has smaller particle sizes with a more uniform distribution, better meeting the needs of refined production.

Optimization of Additive Dosage

The equipment does not draw in extra air during operation and can quickly degas, thereby reducing defoamer usage. At the same time, the powder is easier to wet, effectively cutting down the dosage of wetting agents and dispersants—helping the production side control raw material costs.

This system minimizes powder loss during processing, avoiding material waste. It also reduces the consumption of various consumables in the filtration and dust removal process, helping enterprises cut down additional costs in production from both material loss and consumable usage.

The equipment facilitates CIP cleaning processes, allowing thorough cleaning without complex operations. Additionally, it requires less cleaning liquid during maintenance, simplifying equipment upkeep procedures while lowering material consumption and operational costs in the cleaning phase.

Strong Material Adaptability

For low-viscosity materials, the system can directly realize pumping functions, simplifying material conveying processes. When paired with an additional transfer pump, it can also handle materials with over 80% solid content, covering the processing needs of materials with different viscosities and solid contents.

Corresponding contact materials can be flexibly selected according to the specific production requirements of different products.
