How it works

The upper section is an air classifier and the lower section is an ultra-fine grinding mill. The grinding chamber is composed of a grinding disc and a grinding block, which is used to crush materials into fine powder. The grading chamber is composed of a classifying impeller, which can separate fine powder into two types of particle specifications: qualified and unqualified. The qualified particles are discharged through the discharge pipe and collected by the cyclone collector. Unqualified particles will return to the grinding chamber along the inner wall of the cavity and continue shattered.

The grinding disc and classifying impeller are driven by their respective driving systems, the speed of the classifying impeller is adjustable to meet different size requirements. The spiral feeding system is located on the inner wall of the machine and is used to send materials uniformly into the grinding chamber, the amount can be adjusted by rotational speed.

Integrated Crushing & Classification, High Efficiency

The equipment integrates mechanical impact ultra-fine crushing and high-efficiency turbo ultra-fine classification functions. After crushing, materials are forcedly classified by the turbo classifier in the machine with air flow. Replacing the traditional screen with a classification device, it simultaneously completes ultra-fine crushing and micro-powder separation, greatly improving crushing efficiency.

Stepless Particle Size Adjustment, Easy Operation

Without stopping the machine, the product particle size range can be flexibly adjusted by simply modifying the rotation speed of the classification impeller. The operation is simple and efficient, accurately adapting to particle size requirements in different production scenarios and reducing production interruptions.

Low-Temperature Crushing, Suitable for Special Materials

During crushing, the powerful air flow forms an efficient cooling effect with low temperature rise. It effectively prevents heat-sensitive material deterioration and fibrous material damage, ensuring uniform finished product particle size and adapting to special material processing needs.

Customized Design for Special Requirements

For scenarios such as low-specific-gravity materials, PPM-level screen residue requirements, and ceramic components/liners, the crushing and classification components are specially optimized. Upgrading from a general-purpose model to a special-purpose equipment further enhances crushing efficiency and adaptability.

Quick-Opening Structure, Convenient Maintenance

The crushing feed side is equipped with a hinge device for easy and efficient material cleaning. The upper classifier can be optionally designed with a quick-opening structure to facilitate rapid classification wheel cleaning, making daily equipment cleaning and maintenance simple and hassle-free.

Full-Domain High Flow Rate, No Residue Design

The air flow velocity inside the crusher is not less than 6m/s, with no flow dead zones or material residue areas. It avoids material accumulation and deterioration, ensures product purity, and reduces internal equipment wear to extend service life.
