The moving and fixed blades form a precise shear angle to achieve efficient ultra-fine crushing. The moving and fixed blades are made of imported special wear-resistant materials, featuring high strength, impact resistance and excellent wear resistance. They maintain stable performance under high-speed rotating cutting with a long service life; the blades can also be re-ground and reused multiple times, reducing consumable costs and downtime for maintenance.
Adopting room-temperature crushing process, the powerful air flow generated by high-speed rotation timely dissipates heat during operation, effectively controlling crushing temperature rise.
