Adopting German technology, it is equipped with a static centrifugal discharging device. The device features an ultra-large discharging area, which effectively increases the material flow rate, ensures smooth and continuous discharging, and meets the high-output grinding requirements of industrial production scenarios.
It is configured with intelligent double-face mechanical seals, adopting German mechanical seal technology and imported perfluoro rubber sealing rings. The mechanical lubricating fluid is compatible with materials, which makes the equipment safe and reliable in operation and resistant to corrosion by various solvents.
The key components are made of specially crafted high-wear-resistant alloy steel materials. This premium material selection effectively reduces the wear of parts during the grinding process, enhances the equipment's durability, and ensures a longer service life even under high-intensity continuous working conditions.
It adopts a segmented double-spiral water channel structure, which is more conducive to heat exchange between cold and hot fluids. The optimized cooling system achieves a cooling efficiency twice that of ordinary models, effectively controlling the temperature rise during grinding and protecting materials and equipment.
The grinding efficiency is over 30% higher than that of ordinary models. It is equipped with a combined disperser group that can quickly improve the material dispersion efficiency. The equipment is compatible with ultra-fine grinding media, further enhancing the grinding effect and quality.
