JKTM cyclone mill is a new generation of ultra-fine grinding equipment developed by our company with international advanced level. It has advanced principle and unique function of adjustable gap without disassembling the machine. The material stays in the grinding area for a short time but is fully crushed. It has been used in low-temperature grinding of PVA, grinding, depolymerization and modification of calcium carbonate industry and other fields requiring high processing and high dispersion.
Adopting a combined structure of conical rotor and stator, the product fineness and output can be flexibly adjusted by precisely modifying the gap between them. The operation is simple and efficient, enabling quick adaptation to particle size and capacity requirements in different production scenarios while ensuring production stability.
The rotor is made of European-standard high-strength steel, featuring an extremely high linear speed. During operation, it can exert strong and uniform crushing force on materials, ensuring thorough crushing and uniform particle size, thus improving the quality of finished products and processing efficiency.
With an extra-large air handling capacity, the equipment has a very low temperature rise during crushing. It can effectively prevent thermoplastic and fibrous materials from deterioration or structural damage due to high temperatures, while ensuring uniform product particle size—an ideal choice for processing materials with special properties.
Adopting a user-friendly horizontal layout, the equipment has a simple and clear structure. The daily operation process is easy to understand, parts are convenient to disassemble and assemble during maintenance, and cleaning work is efficient and hassle-free, greatly reducing labor costs and maintenance cycles.
