After the dust-laden air enters tangentially from the air inlet on the upper part of the outer cylinder at a high speed, it rotates in a spiral shape from top to bottom between the inner and outer cylinders and in the cone. During the rotation, the dust particles are thrown to the inner wall of the outer cylinder under the action of large centrifugal force and collide and rub against the wall surface, gradually losing speed, and then fall to the cone part along the cylinder wall under the action of gravity, and finally discharged from the dust discharge port at the bottom.
When the airflow approaches the lower end of the cone, the air cannot flow out from the bottom due to the air-blocking device installed at the outlet, and it starts to reverse and rise, and then is discharged through the inner cylinder. There are no mechanical moving parts inside, which is easy to use and maintain. The separation efficiency of dust particles above 10 microns can reach more than 90%.
