This grinding system is based on a Japanese prototype and developed in combination with many years of low-temperature grinding experience. It uses liquid nitrogen as a cold source to achieve high-quality grinding of materials at low temperatures. It can be used in high-value-added fields such as medicines, food, and plastics that need to be crushed at low temperatures. It has been used in LDPE, HDDPE, nylon, tetrafluoroethylene, polyester, hot melt adhesive, food and other industries.

Performance and features

Closed-Circuit Refrigeration System, Efficient Energy Utilization

The low-temperature crusher adopts a closed-circuit circulation structure for the cold source. During the crushing process, the cold source is continuously recycled without additional cold energy loss, realizing full energy utilization and balancing environmental protection and operational economy.

Ultra-Low Temperature Adjustable, Adapting to Diverse Materials

The cold source temperature can be as low as -196℃, and the crushing temperature can be precisely adjusted according to the brittle point of different materials. The optimal operating parameters are selected to ensure crushing effect and avoid energy waste, adapting to multi-category material processing.

Wide Coverage of Crushing Fineness, Micron-Level Precision

The crushing fineness can be flexibly adjusted to 10~800 mesh to meet conventional fine crushing needs; in special working conditions, it can reach micron-level precision, adapting to high-end processing scenarios with strict requirements on material fineness, with a wide application range.

Outstanding Energy-Saving Performance, Controllable Operating Costs

Through precise temperature control and cold source circulation design, the unit energy consumption is significantly reduced; combined with the optimal crushing temperature selection mechanism, the operating cost is further controlled while improving processing efficiency, realizing efficient and energy-saving production.
