In order to meet the grinding requirements of the carbon black industry for residue level of <5.0ppm, +325 meshes; <30.0ppm, +500 mesh, we have developed special grinding equipment based on JCSM-V and JRTM equipment to meet this specific grinding requirements.

Performance and features

Forced Circulation Design for Coarse Particles, Strictly Controlling Residue Level

Equipped with a specially designed external coarse particle circulation pipe and built-in Venturi tube, it realizes forced circulation of coarse particles with strong suction, avoiding residual coarse particles. It can meet strict residue control standards, ensure the purity of carbon black finished products, and adapt to high-cleanliness processing requirements.

Model JCSM-E: Wide Hammerhead Enhances Crushing Effect

The JCSM-E model adopts a widened hammerhead structure, increasing the contact area with materials and enhancing impact crushing force. While ensuring the uniformity of carbon black particles, it further improves crushing efficiency, adapting to conventional high-fineness processing scenarios.

Precise Classification, Meeting Basic High-Standard Requirements

The whole machine can stably achieve a low residue rate of <30.0ppm and a fineness standard of +500 mesh after carbon black crushing. With precise control of core parameters, it can meet the basic high requirements for the purity and particle size of carbon black powder in most industrial scenarios, with wide applicability.

Model JRTM-E: Multi-Layer Blades + Precision Classification, Breaking High-Standard Limits

The JRTM-E model is equipped with 4~7 layers of crushing blades and a built-in precision turbo classifier. Under the dual action, it can achieve an ultra-low residue rate of <15.0ppm and a fineness of +500 mesh, with better crushing precision and purity. It is suitable for high-end application scenarios with extremely high requirements for carbon black quality.
