Calcium Carbonate Modification Production Line

A high-speed rotor grinding mill is used as the modification host, and the inlet air is heated to keep the modification host at a suitable modification temperature. Ultra-fine heavy calcium (D97 10μm) is coated with stearic acid, with a processing capacity of 500 to 6000kg/h, and a coating rate of more than 98%.

Precise Temperature Control System, Stabilizing Modification Environment

The host temperature is precisely regulated through an air inlet heating mechanism to maintain optimal modification conditions. It avoids the impact of temperature fluctuations on the stearic acid coating effect, ensures uniform surface coating of the powder, and improves the stability of product performance from the source of the process.

Efficient Coating Process, Upgrading Product Performance

Stearic acid coating technology is adopted for the surface modification of ultra-fine GCC, with a coating rate of over 98%. It significantly enhances the dispersibility and compatibility of calcium carbonate in downstream materials, effectively solves the problem of powder agglomeration, and optimizes the processing performance of end products.

Flexible Capacity Adaptation, Covering Diverse Needs

The processing capacity ranges from 500 to 6000 kg/h, allowing flexible switching of production scales to meet the needs of small-batch trial production and large-scale mass production. The modified calcium carbonate is widely used in plastics, coatings and other industries as a functional filler, featuring both cost reduction and quality improvement advantages with outstanding practicality.
