Precise and Controllable Particle Size Range

It enables stable control of the target material’s particle size D50 within 3~45μm, adapting to the processing requirements of different particle size specifications for lithium battery anode and cathode materials (e.g., ternary NCM, graphite) and ensuring powder uniformity.

Full Ceramic Protection & Ultra-Low Metal Contamination

Adopting a full ceramic material protection design, it effectively reduces the introduction of metal impurities caused by equipment wear, strictly controlling the increase of metals in materials to below 20ppb and meeting the high-purity requirements of lithium battery materials.

Closed-Loop Grinding System & Low Moisture Control

Equipped with a complete closed-loop grinding system, it avoids moisture interference from the external environment. The moisture increase of materials after processing can be controlled within 100ppm, ensuring the stability of powder storage and subsequent processing.

High Output of Single Equipment

A single piece of equipment can achieve a production capacity of over 1000kg per hour, featuring large-scale continuous production capability. It adapts to the industrial mass production needs of lithium battery materials and improves production efficiency.

High-Speed Ceramic Grinding & Classifying Components

The linear speed of the ceramic grinding disc and classifying wheel can reach up to 100m/s. The high rotational speed ensures the fineness of material grinding and classification accuracy, helping to improve the quality of powder processing.

Adaptable to Processing of Multiple Lithium Battery Materials

The equipment is not only suitable for processing cathode materials such as single-crystal NCM but also compatible with the processing of anode and cathode materials like graphite and lithium iron phosphate, providing flexibility for multi-scenario applications.
