Powder Safety Protection​

Per hazard level and explosion-proof requirements of chemical powders (flammable, explosive, toxic), use fully enclosed crushing chambers and high-efficiency pulse dust removal to control operating environment dust concentration ≤ 5mg/m³ and ensure safe production.

Temperature Control for Heat-Sensitive Materials​

For temperature-sensitive chemical materials (polymers, oxidizable powders), adopt liquid nitrogen cooling, water cooling and temperature control feedback to keep crushing temperature stable and avoid material deterioration or activity loss.

Moisture and Oxidation Prevention with Inert Gas​

A closed-loop circulation design of inert gas (nitrogen, argon) is adopted to effectively isolate external moisture and oxygen, prevent chemical materials from absorbing moisture and oxidizing during the crushing process, and maintain stable material performance.

Contamination Prevention for Material-Contacting Components​

Key components in contact with materials are protected by inert and wear-resistant materials such as ceramics and tungsten carbide, controlling the dissolution of metal ions ≤ 0.1mg/kg to maximize the purity of materials.
