Founded in August 2007, JACAN Group is a corporate group dedicated to the R&D and supply of customized intelligent ultra-fine grinding machines and production lines. With a well-established organizational structure, the group has three wholly-owned subsidiaries: Shengzhou JACAN Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd., Zhejiang JACAN Technology Co., Ltd., and Shanghai JACAN Machinery Co., Ltd. Meanwhile, it has laid out two production bases and three testing bases, establishing an integrated full-chain service capability covering “R&D – Testing – Production – Installation – Commissioning” and enabling it to provide customers with efficient and precise overall solutions for ultra-fine grinding.

The group covers a total area of 50,000 square meters, including a production area of 40,000 square meters and a warehouse area of 10,000 square meters. It is equipped with complete hardware facilities and maintains stable production capacity. In terms of technology, the company boasts prominent core competitiveness: it not only masters advanced core technologies for complete powder systems (such as ultra-fine crushing, classification, drying, spheroidization, dispersion, and coating) but also has the capability to independently develop and design products according to customers’ personalized needs, allowing it to solve grinding and processing problems for different materials in a targeted manner.

Development History
In 2007, Shanghai JACAN Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established, marking the beginning of its exploration and development journey in the field of powder equipment R&D.
In 2009, leveraging its professional accumulation and industry contributions in the field of powder technology, the company was successfully elected as a governing unit of the Powder Technology Branch of the China Building Materials Federation. This milestone marks that the company’s technical strength and industry influence in this field have been recognized by authoritative institutions.
In 2013, the company successfully obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification. This milestone signifies that the enterprise has entered a new stage in the standardized development of quality management
In 2014, the company’s independently developed “Horizontal Shaping Machine for Graphite Spheroidization” successfully obtained national patent certification. This technological achievement provides core technical support for improving the processing efficiency and product precision of graphite spheroidization.
In 2020, the company acquired Shengzhou Longwei Valve Co., Ltd. and established an additional mechanical equipment manufacturing plant in Shengzhou, Zhejiang, with a floor area of over 9,000 square meters. In the same year, the Zhejiang plant passed the environmental assessment for the project of “annual production of 80 sets of crushers dedicated to lithium battery cathode and anode materials”.
In 2022, the Zhejiang plant was officially renamed “Zhejiang JACAN Technology Co., Ltd.” and awarded the “Economic Development Progress Award” by the People’s Government of Huangze Town, Shengzhou City. Meanwhile, the company also obtained the ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Certification.

JACAN is among the pioneering enterprises in its industry to secure authoritative certification for the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. To facilitate its global market expansion, the company has also obtained CE certification—an essential qualification for exports to the European Union—and GOST certification, which is mandatory for market access in Russia. Notably, the design of its machinery tailored for the medical sector fully complies with the stringent requirements of GMP certification, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and safety in medical-related applications.
